Logline:

In the midst of Iraqi Kurdistan: A grandmother struggles with an impossible choice for her grandson.



Synopsis:

After losing her daughter to ISIS, a German Grandmother travels to Iraqi Kurdistan to meet her grandson Ishaq. Despite cultural barriers and the weight of shared trauma, she struggles to connect with him. But as her return to Germany draws closer, she is forced to make a pivotal decision.
