Logline:
In the midst of Iraqi Kurdistan: A grandmother struggles with an impossible choice for her grandson.
Synopsis:
After losing her daughter to ISIS, Silvi travels to Iraqi Kurdistan to meet her grandson Ishaq. Confronted with cultural barriers and their shared trauma, she struggles to connect with him. But her effort to gain his trust is part of a dubious plan, forcing her into a consequential decision.
